Watch for changes!

Happened to catch a show on NHK explaining the upcoming schedule for anime. Apparently April (4th month) will have a lot of shaking and shifting, and some new programs. I was amused to note that Spongebob will be on Thursdays at 7 pm in the evening. I have to admit that I got hooked on that show while at MIT, so I guess I will be watching it again. Who would have thought that a square sponge, a squid, and such critters would be so much fun!

Anyway, Japan TV scheduling apparently will be changing around at the end of the month. So check those listings if you are interested.

The short form: don't try to write your first line first. Do make sure that your first line makes a promise that the rest of your book fulfills. Get to character and conflict fast.
