Fumie in her white wedding outfit. And Miyako (mother) is fussing about the short over-garment. The wedding kimono provider is assuring her that this is the first time. Her assistant comes in, and says she phoned all the other shops, and no one has any longer ones. Miyako starts looking at the edges and says we could take out the stitches and let it out... Fumie points out the time. Miyako says let's hurry, and they run out.
( And at the wedding... )
Fumie talls herself, "It can't be true."

Yawns, holes in socks, and farts... a wedding with slapstick humor.
