Shigeru grinned at Fumie. "I saw it! A mountain spirit, washing beans in the river." Fumie said, "What?" Shigeru said, "Wait a minute, I'll show you." He went and got a book, and opened it to a drawing of a strange old man, washing in a river.

This episode ended with a bunch of bits from next week. Shuhei sitting alone in a theater. Shuhei in bed. Shuhei walking in the street, twirling his hand. Shuhei lecturing. Interspersed with pictures of Kinuyo. And some other bits that I didn't catch.
