Eating Cat's Ears?

Visiting Beijing, China. Yesterday, for lunch, I had cat's ears! Which are small noodles, just a curl of dough, which I thought were like gnocchi, but Google assures me are called gnocchetti sardi. Anyway, a plate full of curls of noodles in a brown sauce. Called cat's ears because of their shape. Pretty good.
