Most of the time, yeah, they take care of you. But for some reason asking for a cup of hot water is a problem. Mitsuko runs into it reasonably often, and usually just folds. This time I was there, and tired and irritated enough that I wasn't going to take it. So we got what we wanted. I still can't quite believe that he wasn't willing to just give it to us.
