Fumie's sister told her that last night Takashi, Fumie's younger brother, met his girlfriend in the store. And this morning, he is talking to Genbee. Fumie's sister laid out cushions on the floor, and Fumie set Aiko on them.

Shigeru and Fumie with a new magazine, Fukuzawa saying this is the new name, Inui talking about the wind, Michiko's husband in the war, Haruko telling Uraki that it's over, fighting in the bookstore, and Michiko climbing into a truck?
