This episode started with Shigeru and Fumie walking the bicycles, listening to the sound of running water. The voice over said it was their first date.

The round-faced man pushed forward, into the kitchen. As they stared at him, he said, "You're Mizuki!" Then he opened his black bag, and pulled out ... one of Shigeru's books. "I read your book! You're great!" And he hauled out another and another book. "I'm your fan!"
This episode ended with a medley of upcoming scenes -- more like teasers of scenes, they were very short. Policemen, Fumie in tears, etc.
